The first look at Northwest race schedules have been released for the 2027 season. The CARS Tour sanctioning body on the west coast will see no major changes in 2027. The CARS Tour West will continue to be their Super Late Model division, running up and down the west coast. The pro late models will be divided up again as the CARS Tour Northwest and the CARS Tour Southwest. Here is a look at the Northwest specific changes in 2027.

The CARS Tour Northwest (Pro Late Models) remains a nine race series, with one new track added. The series will make their debut at Meridian Speedway on May 22nd, adding a third Idaho date to the schedule. This race replaces one of the Wenatchee Valley Super Oval dates, taking them from two, to only one event.

Tri-Cities Raceway, Evergreen Speedway, and Stateline Speedway all retain their two events, and Colorado National Speedway make their return for one event again. The season finale has been moved from a September date at Wenatchee, to the Fall Classic in October at Tri-Cities Raceway. TCR will host the season opener and the season finale in 2027.

2027 CARS Northwest Schedule

April 3rd - Tri-Cities Raceway - Apple Cup

April 24th - Wenatchee Valley Super Oval - Tree Top 150 Leonard Evans Memorial

May 22nd - Meridian Speedway

June 12th - Stateline Speedway - Road to the 200

July 17th - Stateline Speedway - Idaho 200

August 20th - Evergreen Speedway - Summer Showdown

October 2nd - Tri-City Raceway - Fall Classic

The CARS Tour NW Legends are scheduled to join every race outside of the two Tri-Cities Raceway dates, but we are still waiting for the official Legends schedule to be released.

The CARS Tour West Super Late Models expands their schedules from seven to eight races. The only track to lose a date is Tri-Cities Raceway, who will no longer host a CARS Tour West event(SLM). The early July date has moved to a new track in a new state for the series, Mission Valley Super Oval in Montana will host the CARS Tour West on July 10th. Stateline Speedway will also host their first CARS Tour West SLM race in 2027 on May 15th.

The only weekend to see both the CARS Tour West (SLM) and the CARS Tour Northwest (PLM) compete together is the Summer Showdown at Evergreen Speedway, August 20th and 21st.
