Carson Brown Headlines Summer Showdown Entry List

One of the most successful super late model drivers in the country in 2026 is making his way to Evergreen Speedway for the Summer Showdown. Carson Brown is the current points leader of the ASA Stars National Tour, coming off a win at Newport Speedway in their most recent event. Brown made his debut in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series this past weekend at Iowa Speedway.

Five drivers are looking to double down on pay days, competing in both the pro and super late model features - #9 Ethan Ebert, #41 Gabe Sessler, #55 Haeden Plybon, #77 Ken Sleveland and #89 Doni Wanat.

Three drivers are looking to win their second Summer Showdown, including last years winner Jace Hansen. The pair of Riddle Brothers are looking to take the lead in the family feud of Summer Showdown wins. Tayler won his back in 2014, and Owen won the 2021 edition of the event.

The pro late portion returns to the 5/8ths, as last year they ran the 3/8ths mile during Summer Showdown Weekend. The 3/8ths mile will still see plenty of laps with Legends in action both days. Mini Stocks and Street Stocks will be joining the schedule Friday, with Vintage Modifieds in action on Saturday.
