Evergreen Speedway rolled into its third NASCAR Night with a five class night from the Super Speedway of the West headlined by its Pro Late Model division.
Just three weeks ago, race number one for the track premier division ended fairly chalk with the podium shared by No. 00 Naima Lang, No. 12 Chad Fitzpatrick and race winner No. 78 Haley Constance. The second race of the season saw a four car invert, which would put Fitzpatrick and Constance on the front row for battle number two on the year.

Fitzpatrick would lead early, a strong defender hugging the bottom of the track would make it difficult for either Constance or Lang to pass, however it ultimately was made easy. On lap twelve Fitzpatrick would choose to go around around the outside of a lap car, in the middle of the turn that car the No. 77 of Ken Sleveland would be unable to hold the line in the middle, drifting up the track and forcing Fitzpatrick out of the gas to avoid the wreck allowing Constance and Lang through, Fitzpatrick would end the race in 3rd.
“I think we could have had a win had unfortunately a mishap with a lap car that clearly could not hold a line, but things happen.” said Fitzpatrick after the race. “A top three is a top three.”
Constance would have to fight to hold off the ten time track champion Lang, only giving the lead up for one lap after a restart which she quickly regained and held onto. Constance looks tough to beat early in the season with two wins and holding a two point lead over Lang.
Also on the card included the Street Stock division which has been seen an issue with car count in recent seasons have shown up early, new rule changes saw opening night winner Mark Hubbard start in the back, while marching through the field early, Hubbard made contact with the No. 69 of Austin Camp causing him to cut a tire and ending his race, the No. 18 of Jackson Beckel would lead from the start and go from Pole to Pole and win night number two. More issues as the No. 89 of Marty Sokulski who finished second was DQed in tech, meaning Scott LaCross finished second and elevated Steve Ptacek onto the podium.
INEX Legends saw another repeat winner, with the No. 30 of Braeden Wagar going back to victory lane with a dominating performance, joining him on the podium for a second time was Kaylee Decker and for the first time in 2026 Jayden Luse. Hornets returned with both a B and A main event, won by first time winner Bobby Houck. Opening night winner Geno Solomon returned to the podium and Dempsey Graham finished in third.
The only figure eight division of the night was the four cylinder Stingers. Cody Hoopes rebounded on his opening night misfortune by capturing the win, his John Bender Racing teammate Matt Sommerville finished behind him in second and Diezel Snyder finished third.
Racing returns to the Super Speedway of the West Saturday, June 25th. More Pro Late Model racing can be found at the Wenatchee Valley Super Oval with round number 2 of the Cars Tour Northwest.
