Rainy Weather Can't Stop Constance

In a night with weather causing nothing but uncertainty heading into the night, the clouds would break leaving enough blue sky for all classes to run on a night that put Evergreen Speedways motto of rain or shine to test.
A rainy morning meant that the entries for the track's Pro Late Model division only had one joint practice session that would also double as their qualifying session. No. 00 Naimia Lang, fresh off a victory in the last race, would grab the pole once again.
Once the main event came around the short run speed that Lang found was hard to replicate, the rear end of the car loose would have him fighting the car all day, it was No. 33 Kyle Lang who got to the lead first, before being run down by the No. 78 Haley Constance. Constance making the pass on lap ten would run away from the field and cruise to victory yet again. No. 12 Chad Fitzpatrick gave a late charge but would end up in second, and Naima Lang would beat Kyle Lang for the final spot of the podium. Making his season debut at Evergreen and finishing fifth was the No. 54 of Trace Thompson.

Street Stocks on the docket as well, making their way back to victory lane yet again would be the No. 41 of Mark Hubbard, his third of the season. No. 69 Austin Camp who was fighting the race car all day, put together a strong drive in the main to grab second and return to the podium. No. 89 Marty Sokluski would grab his second podium of the year in third place. Tough break for the previous winner No. 28 Scott LaCross who would wreck in the heat race and end his night prematurely.
INEX Legends had a smaller count than normal, with the uncertain weather to blame. A strong effort from No. 19 Jayden Luse saw him back in victory lane for the second time this year and in back to back nights. No. 1 Mike Holden had his car on rails in the green track and would pilot his way to second and No. 42 Chris Bellanca finished in third.
A bounce back effort for the NW Pro 4 Trucks with strong field issues for the No. 24 McKenna Cox would end her competitive night early but the big story was a return to victory lane in his return to truck racing for the No. 2 Doug Wilkinson. No. 9 Greg Vaughn finished second and No. 12 Jeremy Howe got third right at the line.
A late addition to the schedule was a Hornet Dash-4-Cash event, which was dominated by No. 43 Damon Calibourn despite the change of race course halfway through. Rookie no. 99 Frank Mirabelli finished second and No. 06 Dempsey Graham finished third.
The tracks Youth Hornets had split main events again. The A-Feature was captured by No.134 Catryna Mahoney with No. 18 Sebastrian Paulsen in second and No. 43 Mason Blodgett in third. The B Feature saw No. 28 Miles Hagan win with No. 58 Charlee Stevens and No. 5 Harligh Jenkins in third.
