SPOKANE, WA: When the sun came up on Saturday morning, Garrett Evans didn’t plan on racing his #64 Rockstar Energy Drink B Modified at Wenatchee Valley Super Oval. In fact, he didn’t even plan on being at WVSO at all. Evans was in Post Falls, ID ready to serve as a crew chief for Dave Garber in the NWSLM. However, Mother Nature had other ideas. With Stateline cancelled due to rain, Evans made the 3 hour drive to Wenatchee, where his Modified was being shaken down ready for
