The criteria that was used to qualify for the list was a Northwest based driver or team that predominantly races in the Northwest. 7/11/26 Alger, WA - On a night where Skagit Speedway enshrined three new members to its Hall of Fame, Trey Starks furthered his future Hall of Fame resume by taking his 20th win in Hill’s Meat Company 410 action in his career. Starks followed a familiar pattern that he’s set in previous races by jetting out to an early lead and keeping it throughout the race. Starks would lead all 30 laps, enjoying a lead over four seconds for most of the way in taking the $5,500 top prize.

7/4/26 Alger, WA - On the day where the USA celebrated birthday number 250, Trey Starks celebrated his 7th feature win of 2026 at Skagit Speedway by winning the Hill’s Meat Company 410 Sprint Car main event. Austin Kerrigan and Lane Zerbin were also winners on the night, the first Skagit Speedway win for both. Starks started in row two and quickly moved into second place while Levi Hillier had the early lead. Starks would shoot past Hillier on lap four to take over the lead
